You may need to resynchronize the controller if the programming gets out of sync between the controller and Protege X. This can happen when:

A new controller database is imported into the system when there are already existing paired controllers.

Programming has been edited in the controller's web interface instead of in Protege X.
The re-sync process will wipe the controller's programming and replace it with a full download from Protege X. Be aware that this process can take some time, depending on how much programming needs to be downloaded to the controller, and that the controller will not be functional until it is complete.
To resync a controller:

Navigate to Controller Records | Controllers and select the controller to be re-synced.
- Click Re-Sync.
- Click Proceed to confirm.
You will receive a notification when the re-sync is complete.
